| Green Period, is a statement and celebration of creativity, innovation, and urban renewal, starting with the greatest resource: YOU! The event served as the launch of concepts developed by The Marcus Graham Project's Summer Brand Boot Camp. Program participants were tasked to develop a campaign for their main client, BROCCOLI CITY, an LA-based organic lifestyle brand that promotes positive thinking and living, particularly about the Green Movement. The concept launch event included a Mini-Green expo where “green vendors” from around the city showcased their work and educated attendees on ways that we can all live a more sustainable lifestyle. Other clients for the summer included, South Side on Lamar, WFAA-8’s Project Green and Neo Soul Café. | ||

Over an 11-week period our team successfully completed and piloted the first Marcus Graham Project Training program. Our work consisted of completing individual SWOT analysis; consumer research; field studies on “green” living, including a tour of a sustainable home community, conference call with the City of Dallas’ Green Initiative and the Press Secretary of the E.P.A., concept development & testing (online, print, experiential, video).
